Holon Studios is developing an Augmented Reality Treasure Hunt experience that will allow you to interact with historical sites and enjoy discounts at participating local businesses. It will be family-friendly and initially centered around New Monterey and the Recreation Trail.

The goal is to create an experience with which people can walk around town, visit participating businesses and discover cool virtual items such as winking statues, moving murals, 3D characters and animated treasure chests. This will bring new awareness and engagement to families and individuals visiting Monterey.
